2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Settings page. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. See our Refund Policy.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to hack or disrupt our infrastructure, or use automated methods to scrape data. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, design, and content of One Ascendant are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code or assets without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the astrological rectification will be 100% accurate, as historical birth records and personal memories can be imperfect.

6. Limitation of Liability
