If One Ascendant isn't working for you, we'll refund your subscription within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
Email support@oneascendant.com with your account email and we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
You don't need to explain why. If it's not for you, that's okay.
After the 30-day window, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, but refunds aren't available for the current period.
If you cancel, your rectification data is preserved for 90 days. This gives you time to resubscribe if you change your mind, without losing your progress.
